Everyone has a little whitewater rafter deep down inside of them – sometimes it can just be a little bit difficult to draw out. Now we all know that if we force someone to do something, odds are that they will end up hating it – which would end up completely defeating the point of what you had set out to do. So, with that in mind, we’ve determined that rather than dragging someone on a trip that they don’t necessarily want to take, that it’s really better to have them convince themselves that it is their idea and that ultimately, it is something they want to do.
And how do we do that?
